RELACIÓN ENTRE DESREGULACIONES NEUROQUÍMICAS, RASGOS PSICOPATOLÓGICOS Y CONDUCTAS DELICTIVAS: APORTES PARA UNA PERFILACIÓN CRIMINAL MULTIDISCIPLINARIA

Resumen

La conducta delictiva constituye un fenómeno multifactorial cuya comprensión exige integrar factores biológicos, psicológicos y sociales que intervienen en su génesis y manifestación. En este contexto, la neurocriminología ha adquirido una creciente relevancia al aportar evidencia sobre la influencia de las desregulaciones neuroquímicas y de determinados rasgos psicopatológicos en la aparición de conductas antisociales y violentas. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar críticamente la evidencia científica sobre la relación entre las desregulaciones neuroquímicas, los rasgos psicopatológicos y las conductas delictivas, identificando sus aportes para la construcción de modelos de perfilación criminal multidisciplinaria. Para ello, se desarrolló una investigación documental con enfoque cualitativo mediante una revisión narrativa integradora de la evidencia científica publicada entre 2015 y 2025, consultando las bases de datos PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, PsycINFO, ScienceDirect y SciELO. Se seleccionaron 35 estudios científicos revisados por pares que abordaban la interacción entre alteraciones neurobiológicas, características psicopatológicas y conducta delictiva. Los resultados evidenciaron que las alteraciones en los sistemas serotoninérgico, dopaminérgico y de la monoamino oxidasa (MAOA), junto con rasgos como la impulsividad, la agresividad, la psicopatía y el desenganche moral, incrementan la vulnerabilidad hacia conductas delictivas, especialmente cuando interactúan con factores ambientales y sociales adversos. Se concluye que la integración de conocimientos provenientes de la neurociencia, la psicología, la psiquiatría y la criminología fortalece la comprensión de la conducta delictiva, favorece la construcción de modelos de perfilación criminal multidisciplinaria y aporta fundamentos científicos para el diseño de estrategias preventivas, terapéuticas y de rehabilitación sustentadas en evidencia.
